The MoMA Design Store accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging within 90 days of purchase, ensuring your curated home selections meet our high standards. Please note that certain oversized furniture and custom orders are subject to specific return conditions.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure accurate processing at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
